The Box of Bad Nightmares Issue 23

Hello everyone. Something a little unusual today: a rare copy of The Box of Bad Nightmares Issue 23! Alas, it has hardly been kept in mint condition and all that remains is one tale from the anthology, Eddie Johnson’s Diminishing Paciderm Formation (complete with the original misspelling of Pachyderm that made the issue such a coveted collector’s item).

Enjoy!

Lovely words and drawings and ideas! I now want tapirs on my forearms and a lobster instead of a cock. But good too to see this stark warning on how the extra-species-based enhancements can affect a sexual relationship. Everyone now knows the identity-shifting information that there are more non-human cells (bacteria mostly and fungus) in and on the human body than there are human cells composing that body. So, I find myself wondering what it would be like if all the bacteria in and on the bodies of a couple having simultaneous orgasms all had their tiny and many orgasms at the same time as the couple.

Let’s look at the numbers…That would be a number of orgasms in excess of not just the total number of human orgasms being had (2), but also a number of orgasms in excess of the sum total number of human cells contained in the two people’s bodies (a lot). That is, if bacteria have orgasms. I’m sure there must be some kind of nice tickly feeling when a one splits itself in half to make a copy of itself.

Here’s a picture of some bacterias having fun times at an orgy, yesterday.
